Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of marketmastersacademy.com and any Market Masters Academy membership, content or community (the "Services"), provided by Market Master Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
1. Education only
Everything we provide (training, PDFs, webinars, live sessions and trade alerts) is for educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, currency or other instrument. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. See our Risk Disclosure.
2. Accounts
Memberships are provided through Whop. You must be at least 18, give accurate information, and keep your login secure. Memberships are for one person and may not be shared.
3. Live Room billing
- New Live Room members on the monthly plan pay an introductory fee of $9.99 for the first 30 days.
- After 30 days, the membership renews automatically at $29.99 per month until you cancel. Taxes or processing fees may be added at checkout.
- You can cancel any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: if the Live Room isn't for you, email support@marketmastersacademy.com within 3 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. After that, payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- We may change prices with notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Live Room yearly plan
- The yearly plan is $299 for 12 months of the Live Room. Taxes or processing fees may be added at checkout.
- It renews automatically every 12 months at $299 until you cancel. As with the monthly plan, we may change prices with notice, and changes apply from your next billing period.
- You can cancel any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops the next yearly renewal; you keep access until the end of the 12 months you paid for.
- The yearly plan is a separate plan from the monthly plan. If you are a monthly member, switch from your membership page in Whop where that option is shown. If you buy the yearly plan separately instead, cancel your monthly membership in your Whop account, or email support@marketmastersacademy.com and we will sort it out with you, so you are not charged for both.
- Refunds work the same way as for the monthly plan: email support@marketmastersacademy.com within 3 days of your first payment for the yearly plan for a full refund of that payment. After that, payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Your use of our content
All content is owned by Market Master Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal learning. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or redistribute it, including trade alerts, recordings, indicators and PDFs, without our written permission.
6. Community conduct
Be respectful. No harassment, spam, promotion of other services, or sharing of member-only content. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules, without refund.
7. Invite a friend
You can get a personal invite link on our invite page, using the email you joined with. When 3 friends join the free course through your link, you get a free week in the Live Room. A friend counts once, when they enter their email on the free course page from your link. Your own email does not count. To claim the free week, reply to any email from Ricky or write to support@marketmastersacademy.com. We may change or end the invite program at any time.
8. Text messages
We only send marketing texts if you gave us your mobile number and ticked the box agreeing to texts. If you did, you agreed to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Market Masters Academy at that number, such as "live now" alerts, reminders and offers.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop them. Reply HELP for help, or email support@marketmastersacademy.com.
- Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Partner links
Some links on our site and in our emails, messages and community go to brokers, prop firms or tools we partner with. We say so next to those links. Market Master Technologies LLC may be paid when you sign up or trade through a partner link.
We do not own, operate or control these firms. Any account you open is between you and that firm, under its own terms, fees and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for its services or for any losses. A partner link is not advice that a firm or product is right for you. Check that a firm is regulated where you live before you open an account. You never need a partner account to take the free course or join the Live Room.
10. No guarantees
We do not promise any results, income or trading performance. Examples, testimonials and plans (including the "$100 to $133,500 in 60 days" plan) are illustrative and not typical. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Services are provided "as is", and Market Master Technologies LLC is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change or discontinue parts of the Services. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
