Privacy Policy

Market Master Technologies LLC ("Market Masters Academy", "we", "us") runs marketmastersacademy.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name and email address when you sign up for the free training or a membership, what you write in a mentorship application (including the phone number you give for the call), and anything you send us by email, on Instagram or in the community.
• Your mobile number for texts, if you choose to give it: we only add a number to our text list when you tick the box asking for text messages. We keep the number, when you agreed, and the wording you agreed to. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Whop. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage information: basic technical data such as pages visited, country, device and browser type, and the link or ad that brought you here (for example UTM tags). Our own page counter uses a random visitor ID kept in your browser's storage. It is not a cookie and we do not link it to your name or email.
• Partner-link clicks: when you tap a partner link (for example to a broker or prop firm), we count the click: which link it was, where the click came from (for example a page, an email or a message), your country and whether you were on a phone or a computer. The link does not carry your name or email. The partner may pay us when you sign up or trade.
• Invite a friend: if you ask for an invite link, we keep your email with a short invite code and count how many friends joined the free course through it. If you join from a friend's link, we record which invite code you came from. The friend who invited you sees only their count, not your name or email.

How we use it

• To give you access to the free training, the PDFs and any membership you buy.
• To send you emails about your account, trading lessons, and offers such as the Live Room. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing support@marketmastersacademy.com.
• If you opted in to texts, to send you recurring automated text messages such as "live now" alerts, reminders and offers. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
• To run the invite program and give the reward it offers.
• To see which partner links people use.
• To run, secure and improve the site and understand which content and ads work.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms:

• Whop: accounts, memberships, community and payments.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: our email, text-message and contact management system.
• ManyChat: automated replies when you message us on Instagram.
• Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
• Microsoft Clarity: page analytics and session recordings (see Cookies below).
• Vimeo and YouTube: embedded videos.
• Google Fonts: the typefaces used on the site.

Partners such as brokers and prop firms: we do not give them your name, email or phone number. If you sign up with one through our link, that firm collects your information under its own privacy policy. So that it can pay us, it may show us that someone signed up or traded through our link, and its reports to us may include details such as a name, an account number or how much was traded.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

The site and embedded tools (Whop checkout, videos, chat widget) may use cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to measure traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages (clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays) so we can improve the site. Clarity masks what you type into forms and does not receive your name or email from us. It uses cookies and processes data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you have an account or relationship with us, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting or security reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing support@marketmastersacademy.com. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To stop texts, reply STOP to any text. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests as required by law.

Children

This site is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
